Job duty and responsibility
Development of controlling instruments for the optimization of logistic process
Development of measures and concepts for results improvement
Protection and improvement of the delivery performance to the customers
Implementation and optimization of SAP in the plant
Coordinate and communication with the headquter
Use and implement of Logistics procedures and systems in order to prov ide products that are
required by our customer and meet his satisfaction
Responsible for meeting requirements from the customer
Leading and guide the logistic team to fulfill the target
Coordination and moderation necessary meetings
Coaching and motivation teams
Improve the KPI
Knowledge of international trade/transportation
Be familiar with ERP/EXCEL/Words system. SAP is Knowledge is necessary
Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Good negotiation skills and good interpersonal and communication skills
Good knowledge and experiences on customers regulations
Knowledge of logistic management software and applications
Be good at working with others
University degree or above, maj or in logistic, trade or English, at least five years working
experience with logistic management in antomotive or manufacture
